- Description
- The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Northeast and Caribbean Region (2TR) on behalf of GSA's client, the Program Executive Office for PEO Command Control Communications Tactical (PEO C3T), Project Manager Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (PM WIN-T), intends to issue a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. The requirements for this acquisition include technical services in support of a variety of tactical circuit switches, message switches, and communications management systems presently in operation with the US Armed Forces. The requirements also include Program Management, System Engineering, Software Engineering, Logistical Support, Training Device upgrades, Fielding/Field Support, Depot Support, Testing Support with a limited production capability. These support elements are required for the following systems: Network Management: Integrated System Control (V1, V2, V3). Army Common User System: AN/TRC-191 (Radio Access Unit), AN/TTC-39/TYC-39 family of circuit and message switches, Enhanced Switch Operations Program (ESOP), Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) family of circuit switches, MSE family of transmission shelters to include LOS (V3.) with upgraded Enhanced Super Group Multiplexer, MSE Radios, MD-1270 Transmission Interface Module (TIM), AN/TTC-56 Single Shelter Switch, Single Shelter Switch Base Band Node, Compact Digital Switch (CDS), Switch Multiplexer Unit (SMU), Line Terminal Unit (LTU), Single Row Nest (SRN),Tactical Interface Adapter (TIA), Tactical High Speed Data Network (THSDN), First Digitized Division/First Digitized Corp ATM with applicable LOS shelters, Information Assurance Management Cell (IAMC), Tactical Area Perimeter Protection Systems (TAPPS) and other applicable peripheral/interface devices and equipment. General Dynamics C4 Systems is the only manufacturer of the equipment/systems to be supported and the Government does not hold the rights to a significant amount of the data required to perform these services. Vendors who deem themselves capable of fulfilling these requirements should respond to this announcement. Responses should contain a Title Page and Synopsis. The title page should contain the vendor name, date, and the name and telephone number of the author and/or other points of contact. The synopsis should provide evidence of vendor experience and briefly summarize the capabilities of the vendor to satisfy the above requirements given that the Government cannot provide the proprietary technical data necessary to perform the required support services. The synopsis should also reflect the vendor's previous demonstrated performance in providing services of comparable complexity. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of GSA's evaluation of the information received.
