- General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Sherman, Texas Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,599 rentable square feet yielding approximately 1,390 usable square feet of Class A office and related space in Dallas, Texas to be occupied by the United States District Court. Location: West: U.S. Hwy 75; South: Lamar Street; East: Grand Avenue/ Frisco Avenue/ Hwy 82; North: U.S. Hwy 82 Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about April 15, 2003 and is not negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for as is space and any standard TIs offered.
