Description

The Government is interested in leasing approximately 5,521 rentable sq.ft. yielding 4,803 ANSI/BOMA Office Area sq.ft. of fully serviced office (to be provided as part of the rental consideration) and related space in RALEIGH, NC. This space is required no later than DECEMBER 1, 2003. The lease term is five (5) years with the Government having cancellation rights after three (3) years. Space must be located within the following geographic boundaries: Area consideration to be within North: Peace Street; East: by Blount Street; South: by Cabarrus Street; and West: by Glenwood Ave. Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for contiguous space, located in a quality building of sound, substantial Class ?A? construction and location shall embody a corporate professional office image. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other and be no more than 2 feet square. Agency requires 3 reserved parking spaces. Security requirements will be identified at market. Any new lease construction must maintain a minimum 50? standoff distance from the constructed facility unless waived by the Contracting Officer.
