Description

Naval Facility Contracts Office (NAVFACCO) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract to design, procure, install, test and start-up the modified Pearl Harbor bioreactor as specified, and integrate the upgraded hardware into the system and as necessary upgrade the operating system software to accommodate the upgraded hardware Wastewater Resources, Inc. (WRI) at 9445 East Doubletree Ranch Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258, on a Sole Source Basis as a follow-on effort to a previously awarded purchase order N47408-01-P-6421. WRI is the only responsible source because they manufactured and installed the existing bioreactor. The purchase order is Firm Fixed Price (FFP). See Note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-NOV-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 12-NOV-2002.
