Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to place an order under an existing contract with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516, to procure Intermediate Level (I-Level) Technical Publications for the Advanced Targeting Forward-Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) system for use on the F/A-18A+/C/D/E/F aircraft. MDC is currently the developer of Organizational Level (O-Level) technical publications. In addition, MDC is the sole designer and developer of ATFLIR I-Level Support Equipment and therefore, possesses the requisite technical data required to develop the I-Level technical publications and meet the Government?s requirements in a timely fashion.
