- The Marine Corps Support Activity has a requirement for installation of communication, cabling at the Marine Corps Support Activity, Kansas City, MO. The contractor will be required to provide all material, labor and supervision for the installation of approximately 15,000 feet of both CAT5E and CAT6 cable, this includes required jacks, connectors, conduit, panels, racks, wire management structures, etc., from a central closet to each office/workstation. There will be site visits schedule on Monday 2 Dec and Tuesday 3 Dec 02. This procurement will use Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is restricted to small business. The basis of award will be price and past performance. The solicitation will be available on or about 18 Nov 02 with a approximate response date of 20 Dec 02. The NAICS code is 541519 and the small business size is $60 million.
