Description

FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure student/faculty support from an accredited college or university for investigation, evaluation and integration of academic developments into the planning and execution of the C4ISR program at the USJFCOM in Norfolk, VA and their directorates located in the Tidewater Virginia area. Tasks include, but are not limited to, technical studies for modernization of as-built communications infrastructure, human engineering, design/develop/document test computer programs related to a project, operational analysis studies of tactics and equipment engineering, operations analysis and computer science. The anticipated cost type - no fee IDIQ contract will contain a base year commencing Oct 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 and four one-year options. The estimated level-of-effort per annum is 103,670 man-hours. The applicable NAICS code is 611310 / $5M.
