Description: Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to procure multiple sole source commercial NSNs with various Federal Stock Classes from Goodrich Powers Systems (Cage Code 99551). It is anticipated that the award will be made against an existing indefinite quantity contract, SPO-480-99-R-0819. Any supplies to be furnished under the resulting contract will be ordered by issuance of delivery order. This solicitation will not include any items that have a competitive data package. The NSNs, part-numbers and annual estimated quantities are available upon request. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for award. See Numbered Note(s) 22.
