Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Replace Chiller: 1.1 Remove a 42 ton packaged air cooled chiller unit and associated outdoor piping and replace with a new packaged air cooled chiller unit and associated piping as indicated on contract drawings. Chemically flush piping system. 1.2 Remove approx. 200 linear feet of pipe insulation in mechanical room and replace with new. Include all work associated with these items that are described in the specification section and/or are shown on the contract drawings. Incidental work items not listed above and necessary for completing the project shall be included The location of this project is USCG Group Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach, NC. The estimated range of this procurement is between $25,000 - $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220 the size standard is $12.0 million.
