- Description
- This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 6615-01-290-1455BZ, P/N 2001-0300-03-1, Flight Controllers, applicable to the MH053J/M helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 1 each plus a basic option with a quantity range of 1-5 EA and a first out year option with a quantity range of 1-6 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: Oct 03. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 0CDN3, Engineering Development Laboratories, Inc., 4391 Dayton-Xenia Road, Dayton, OH 45432-1803. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the government or, where owned, cannot be made available to other sources. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation; request a solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 03 Dec 02. Approximate response date is 27 Nov 02. All potential offerors should contact the buyer, Celeste R. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
