Description

NA The United States Military Academy intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Middle States Assn. College, 3624 MKT ST 2ND FL ANX, Philadelphia, PA. 19104, for a student name search providing USMA with names of college bound high school students who meet certain criteria. The search will include 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students meeting USMA's search criteria. Award amount is estimated to be $39,300. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 611710 and the size standard is $6.0 M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calen dar days of the date of this notice via email to Pamela.Jones@usma.edu A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solici tation available.
