Description

NA The United States Army Contracting Agency (ACA) has a requirement for Cellular Phone services for the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG). The service is required for the USAYPG primary service area on a 24-hour basis (maps for the primary service will be provided at the ACA website listed herein). USAYPG customers are currently paying for their services through the use of their individual Government Visa credit cards. This method of service will discontinue effective 31-December-2002. Award of the requirement shall be in accordance with FAR Part 12 ? Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 15 ? Contracting by Negotiation based on ?best value?. It is expected that multiple-award requirements contracts will be awarded based on the current cellular p hone services currently in place. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 November 2002. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained at our web site at http://www.yuma.army.mil/contracting/rfp.html.
