Description

NA JOB DESCRIPTION: Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, permits, transportation and supervision required to chemically treat for the purpose of weed control, from the Goodwin Dam Two-Mile Bar, Knights Ferry, Horseshoe Road, Honolulu Bar, Orange Blossom, Valley Oak, Oakdale and McHenry Avenue Recreation Areas. Counties of service to include Tuolumne, Stanislaus and San Joaquin. The services to be performed will be for a Base Year Period and two Option Year Periods. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: S299, SIC Code: 2879, NAICS Code: 561730. The size standard for this code is $6,000,000.00. TYPE OF AWARD: This RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside and all responsible small businesses may respond. All QUOTES are due in not later than 22 NOV 02/1400 (2:00 pm). ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation for this proj ect will be available on the Sacramento District Contracting Division?s Internet Home Page at http://ebs.spk.usace.army.mil/ for downloading. Any future amendments to the solicitation will also be available for download from this web site. REQUESTS FOR C OPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION IN ANY OTHER FORMAT THAN WHAT IS ADVERTISED WILL BE DISREGARDED. It is important that you first go to this web site and under contract division home page, click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to plan h olders registration. This will require you to establish a user name and password. Keep the user name and password and share it with anyone else in your organization that is responsible for registering your firm on plan holders lists. With our new system you only have to do the full registration one time. If you have your user name and password, you can always go back into the system and register for other jobs without having to go through the entire registration process. However, you can only do this b y using your initial user name and password. From there click on SACRAMENTO District, then it will take you to list of advert ised solicitations and then from there click on the desired solicitation number. And at the bottom of this page, there is a bar that says download/view solicitation files. Select plans or specs from the drop down box and press go button. This will take you to the next page, then from there click on the file name and download. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. Please note that all contractors and potential contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database, effective 31 May 1998.
