Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award two Firm Fixed Price Delivery Orders to Delex Systems Incorporated to provide the following Harpoon Tactical Training Programs: Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) F-15 (A) F-15 Antisurface Warfare (ASUW)/Harpoon Tactical Training Course (B) F-15 Harpoon Operational Tactics Manual (TACMAN) (C) F-15 Harpoon Engagement Training Aid (HETA) Oman Air Force (OAF) F-16 (A)F-16 Antisurface Warfare (ASUW)/Harpoon Tactical Training Course (B) F-16 Harpoon Operational Tactics Manual (TACMAN) (C) F-16 Harpoon Engagement Training Aid (HETA). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: Delex has a unique knowledge base of these systems and training requirements as a result of its support of these systems since the early 1970s. Delex is the sole designer, developer, and producer of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Harpoon Weapon Systems (HWS) tactical employment training and has individually tailored training systems to specific FMS customer requirements and needs. Delex has extensive experience in tactical training in the FMS environment and a thorough knowledge of the technology transfer/disclosure implications related to these training systems and software. Accordingly, Delex is the only known qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements specified herein. Once NAVAIR finalizes its requirements for the subject effort, a prerequisite for receiving a contract award will be registration in the DODs Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above.
