Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of SUPSHIP is soliciting for Non-Skid Deck Covering. The work under this contract will be for the removal and installation of non-skid material and other painted coatings aboard US Naval ships, submarines, and other Government crafts and vessels. Crafts and vessels requiring work shall be located in the Puget Sound region of Washington state. The 100% small business set aside solicitation will be issued on or about 20 Nov 2002, in accordance with FAR Part 15, resulting contract will be a firm, fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The period of performance will be one year from date of award, with two one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy soliicitation/amendments will be mailed or FAXed.
