- Modification No. 1 is issued to correct items#1 Graco Fluid Pump Lower stock no. from DTGR 612-236 to DTGR 235-417, quotation may be faxed to 202-874-3135. No phone request is accepted. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for the following items: #1. Graco Fluid Pump Lower, stock no. DTGR 612-236 checkmate 800, consisting of: Tie Rod Connecting Kit (3 each tie rods #000-190, 2 each collar #184-129, 1 each nut #186-925, 3 each nut #106-166, 1 Pc wrench #112-187); Checkmate 800 fluid pump assembly; and Lug Mount Kit #222-776. Total quantity for item #1 is 30 each. #2. Ram Air Control Module (Graco Part Number C32437) for King, Bulldog, and Senator Air Motors (also controls Up, Hold, and Down movement of Air Cylinder Lifting Frame) or equivalent item manufactured from equal or higher quality materials and mounted in enclosure for either wall or ram mount. Control must be equivalent in all respects and include all actions the Graco unit above performs with identical air flows, pressure ratings, etc. Total quantity for item #2 is 30 each. #3. Four-day training program in maintenance, repair, and use of Monarch, Bulldog, and King Air Motors; Checkmate 800 and 2100 pumps, and Air Lift Frames. Training to be given by vendor at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing site located at 14th and C streets S W, Washington, D C 20228. The training should be tailored to mechanics who will repair the items stated above, those who will be performing periodic preventive maintenance, and those who will be using the assemblies. All training materials and props are to be provided by the trainer/vendor. Bureau of Engraving and Printing will provide a training room equipped with appropriate audio visual aid equipment, as well as tables on which the attendees can work. Quantity: one 4-day training class. You may download a copies drawings titled Attachments A through D (total of 6 pages). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business (see numbered note 1). The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code 333911, with a small business size standard is 500 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-03-0024. Delivery shall be made within 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Deliver terms are F.O.B. Destination to Bureau of Engraving & Printing, D Street between 13th & 14th Street S W, Washington D C 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small business is requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, size status (that is, small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by 2:00 P.M. on November 18, 2002.
