- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 50,000 to 60,000 useable square feet of warehouse space. The facility needs to be capable of subdividing into two locations of about 20-25,000 square feet and 30-35,000 square feet or two warehouses side by side may be considered. The space will be used for warehouse and file storage and shall be climate controlled 24/7. At least two docks with dock levelers are required as well as parking for two semi-trackers and 14 cars. Ceiling heights shall be no less than 12 foot clear. LOCATION: Offer space must be located no farther than 15 minutes from 850 S. Street and 100 Centennial Mall N. in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. TERM: Space is as soon as possible. The lease will be a five-year term. OWNERS AND AGENTS: This is an inquiry for available space and not an invitation to bid.
