Description: Labor Hours Contract (LH) for tax preparation services to be completed at Beale AFB, CA. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 541213 with a size standard of $6 million. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm (1400) 25 Nov 2002. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
