Description: NA The USACECOM RDEC S&TCD seeks to add additional capabilities to the original effort as follows: Future capabilities shall include growth up to a 72 node fixed test bed, and up to 100 nodes for the field site. Emphasis will be placed on data reduction, da ta evaluation, evaluation process refinement and mobile networking capability. Antenna structures and towers will be added if needed. The contractor shall define the power requirements, and data line capacity required for the facility. The contractor sh all plan, coordinate and conduct a field demo to demonstrate the capability of the MATIC facility. Testing of Multifunction On-the-Move Secure Adaptive Integrated Communications (MOSAIC) related technologies is required in 3Q FY04. Follow-up demos and ex perimentations will be conducted yearly. Data collection and analysis of all laboratory and field demos are required. The government intends to modify the existing contract with a 15 month base period and add four (4) additional one year options.
