Description

NA The U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to award on a sole source basis to the University of Iowa, the following acquisitions for Water Quality Monitoring: DACW25-03-T-0002, Saylorville Lake Reservoir and DACW25-03-T-0003, Lake Red Rock Reservoir. Iowa State University has done continuous work in this area from the 1960's on, has developed specialized instrumentation, and computer software, and has vehicles/equipment for performing field analyses that are not currently possessed by other potential contractors and are necessary to perform the required work.
