Description

The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for 4 each SonoSite 180PLUS Hand-carried Ultrasound Systems with Color. We are only accepting quotes on SonoSite products, and no equals will be accepted. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The reference number for this acquisition is FM282323040021. This solicitation has incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334510. Please identify whether or not you are a small or large business based upon this NAICS; small business size standard: 500 employees. This requirement is for CLIN0001 4 each SonoSite 180PLUS Hand-Carried Ultrasound Systems with Color to include: 4 each Bundle-PW Doppler and THI, 1 each C15e/4-2, microcurved array, 3 each C60/5-2, curved array, 6 each ICT/7-4, intracavitary array (biopsy compatible), 4 each Sony UP 895 MD video printer, 4 each SiteStand mobile docking station, 4 each 15 inch Flat Panel Display for SiteStand, 1 each SiteLink Image Manager, 4 each PC Direct Serial Cable, 1 each SitePack protective carry pack, 3 each Sitelink Image Manager additional null modem cable, 4 each 12month Standard Protection Warranty, 2 each Operators Manuals, 1 each Maintenance Service Manuals, 1 each Parts List, and 1 each Wire Schematics. Ultrasound systems and accessories must be delivered to 96 MDSS/SGSL, 307 Boatner Road, Ste 1, Eglin AFB, FL 32542, no later than 30 days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis.
