Description

NA Title: TRICARE Management Activity D/SIDDOMS 3 This announcement has three purposes: 1) to announce the release of the D/SIDDOMS 3 RFP and provide access instructions 2) to advise offerors of the location of the hypothetical scenarios (to be used in price evaluation) in the RFP, and 3) to inform offerors of recent changes to the solicitation. For the official copy of the Amendment, go to the DCC-W website (see below). 1. On November 7, 2002, the D/SIDDOMS 3 RFP, Solicitation #DASW01-02-R-0031, was posted to the DCC-W website (http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil). The RFP can be accessed by opening the DCC-W website (new users should register by submitting an e-mail address and requested information), and following these instructions: a. Click on 'Services' on the left side of the page. b. Under 'Services for Business Partners,' click 'RFPS'. c. On the RFP Main Listing Page, select RFP # DASW01-02-R-0031, D/SIDDOMS 3 Solicitation. d. Download or view the solicitation as appropriate. 2. Vendors are hereby advised that the hypothetical scenarios referenced in Section L begin on page 465 of the RFP (Section J). They are entitled, 'Hypothetical Scenarios for the D/SIDDOMS 3 RFP.' 3. As of November 14, 2002, solicitation # DASW01-02-R-0031 for the TRICARE Management Activity D/SIDDOMS 3 is amended as follows: a. The shipment address referenced in Item 8 of the SF33 is to be disregarded. Instead, all proposals should be delivered to the following address: Defense Contracting Command ? Washington 5109 Leesburg Pike Skyline 6 Suite 401a Falls Church, VA 22041 b. All questions should be submitted to the Government via the D/SIDDOMS 3 e-mail account: dsiddoms3@tma.osd.mil. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00p.m. EST 22 November 2002.
