NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-02-T-0391. CLIN 0001 1M articulating endoscopes with 2mm water channel and lens (2 QTY). CLIN 0002 Light source (1 QTY). CLIN 0003 PAL vers ion 1/3? CCD Camera (1 QTY). CLIN 0004 5.6? LCD Monitor (PAL) (1 QTY). CLIN 0005 Scope/Camera Coupler (1 QTY). CLIN 0006 20 Bar Pump with footswitch and pre-filter (1 QTY). CLIN 0007 Stainless adapter to seal scope to probe (1 QTY). CLIN 0008 Delivery (1 QTY). Requisition Number W91B9420420002. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Origin. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, appl ies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are ?Price and Past Performance? and ?less important than price?. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offero r Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
