Description: NA Fort Drum NY intends to issue task orders for Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) under GSA schedule 539, Solutions and More, using Special Item Numbers (SIN) 246-50, 246-51, 246-52 and 246-53 for energy conservation/savings initiatives to Departme nt of Energy?s (DOE) Qualified Energy Service Companies. There is NO solicitation at this time. The statement of work will be developed based on the results of the preliminary and technical audits. Any DOE qualified energy service company with a GSA con tract under FSS 539 interested in a potential task order MUST contact the POC, prior to 4:00PM EST, 22 Nov 2002 for further information.
