Description

The Proposed contract listed here is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 236210, and the size standard is $28,500,000. All eligible and responsible sources are encouraged to submit a bid, which shall be considered by the Agency. The successful contractor shall furnish labor and material to construct a new office for the Public Affairs Office in a vacant space on the Ground Floor of the Sherman Building at the Armed Forces Retirement Home-Washington. Interior renovation shall include the addition of offices, expansion of an existing toilet, central air conditioning, and electrical requirements. Exterior construction shall include the addition of an entrance canopy, replacement of wood benches, handicap ramp, and restoration of historic wrought-iron fences. Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations. An estimated cost for the proposed renovation is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Period of performance is approximately 90 days from date of notice to proceed.
