NA CONTACT Michael McIntyre,Production Engineer (TAMSCO Support Contractor to CECOM LRC), (732) 532-5083. this is a Market Survey - Sources Sought Notice to locate additional manufacturing sources for Frequency Standard O-1876/G, NSN 6625-01-359-6628, CECOM p art number A3187968-001, Agilent Technologies (Hewlett-Packard) part number 5071A/001/913/H10, estimated quantity of 7 and/or Cesium Beam Electron Tube, NSN 5960-01-407-1350, CECOM part number A3187968-117, Agilent Technologies (Hewlett-Packard) part numbe r 10891A, estimated quantity of 15. The technical details for both items are contained in CECOM Specification Control Drawing A3187968, Revision J, which may be obtained from the contact listed in this notice (email is the preferred method for requesting t he document). The current source for these items is Agilent Technologies, CAGE Code 1LQK8 (partner company/subsidiary to Hewlett-Packard, CAGE Code 28480). Potential sources must understand that the subordinate modules/subassemblies of their Frequency Stan dard must be form, fit and functional equivalents of and interchangeable with those of the Agilent (HP) Frequency Standard. Manufacturers capable of producing these items must so indicate by writing to Commander, US Army Comm-Elec Command, Attn: AMSEL-LC- COM-S-TB, Bldg 1202E, Avenue of Memories, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentation such as test results, copies of purchase orders if the manufacturer previously produced either of the items for the current listed source, or a statement from the current listed source certifying that the manufacturer can, in fact, produce an item which will be physically and functionally interchangeable with items from the current listed source. Prospective manufacturers may be required to warran t that items produced will perform satisfactorily when used for the intended purpose by the military.
