Description

The Internal Revenue Service intent is to issue a firm fixed price solicitation (Request for Proposals (RFP) on a competitive total 8(a) set aside basis for Fully Managed Video Subscription Services. (Base period and three one year options) The IRS has a requirement for Managed Support Services: state-of-art functional video service, lifelike conferencing interaction, display video and PC sources as two separate images, installation, maintenance, training, and network management that support and maintain video teleconference systems. The services are nationwide, 87 total locations throughout the continental United States and three outside: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The RFP will be conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit a request by the date specified. (12/09/02) The request for the solicitation shall include company name, point of contact (name and telephone numbers/E-mail), and address.
