- The Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center, Division of Acquisition Management, Parklawn Building Room 5-101 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD., 20857 is seeking small business contractors to submit proposals for the following: The purpose of this solicitation is to award an 18 month, cost plus fixed fee contract to work with the Head Start Bureau under Project Strategic Teacher Education Program to help perform its functions such as providing training to 50,000 Head Start teachers in early literacy teaching techniques- to ensure that every child is given the foundation to succeed in school. All request for the RFP must be in writing. The RFP will be uploaded on FEDBIZOPPS for downloading. The anticipated release date of this RFP is December 5, 2002, those contractors interested in receiving a copy of the RFP shall submit their request to the address above referencing 233-03-0008.
