Description: The Government intends to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with vendor(s) capable of providing Paralegal Services for The United States Attorney Office at Tucson, Arizona. Offerors must have the capability to establish an office within a 50 miles radius from Tucson city limits by shortest route available. Please see the attached Statement of Work for additional information. The notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures with NAIC 541199. The government anticipates awarding the BPA(s)by December 31, 2002.
