- Description
- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotations (Solicitation No. RFQ 786-42-03) for concrete grave marker bases, delivered F.O.B. Destination within consignee's premises, to Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd., Calverton, NY 11933-1031. Contract covers the period January 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003 with up to four (4) one-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2007. This acquisition is a total (100%) set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS Code is 327390 and the size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.3. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote. Requests for a hard copy of the solicitation must be made in writing to Ms. Diane Campbell, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a cashier's check or money order (Do Not Send Cash) in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about November 27, 2002. Solicitations may be obtained FREE OF CHARGE via the internet at the following URL address, on or about November 27, 2002: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=786-42-03.
