- NA NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services in support of Fort McClellan, Alabama. The proposed contract is for one year with four one-year option periods. The local exchange service pro vider certified by the state of Alabama PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for Fort McClellan, Alabama. Local communication service shall include, as a minimum, 74 centrex lines with the following standard features: call forwarding w/o ring reminder, call return, repeat dialing, three-way calling, consultation hold, and selective class of call screening. Optional features include call forwarding variable, call forwarding busy line, call forwarding don?t answer, call transfer, call p ick-up, voice messaging, toll restriction, and transfer per line. All responsible sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged, and/or women-owned business. For this acquisition a concern wil l be considered small under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) under 51331 and 51333. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format contained at FAR Part Subpart 12.6, as supplement ed with additional information included in this notice.
