Description: MODIFICATION TO SFO GS-05B-17017 previously issued on June 18, 2002. The square footage required is increased to a BOMA usable range of 7,182 to 7,900 sq. ft. The maximum rentable square footage is 9,085. The on-site parking requirement is for 33 vehicles. This is not a new procurement. Negotiations are already in progress in anticipation of award. The new square footage and parking requirement are amendments to the existing solicitation.
