Description

Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,174 rentable square feet and 2,760 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Gulfport, Mississippi. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Location: First consideration will be given to space in the Central Business District (CBD) of Gulfport, Mississippi. The CBD is bounded between 36th Ave, on the west, US Hwy 90 on the south, 20th Ave on the east, & the CSX Railroad on the north; along with the business districts bounded between 26th Ave, on the west, the CSX Railroad on the south, 22nd Ave, on the east, & 19th street on the north. It also includes property fronting on 15th street east of 20th Ave. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations/improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. All new construction must have a 50-foot setback from property boundary. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2003 or sooner. Lease Term: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
