Description

The Food and Drug Administration is changing the due date for quotes from Monday, November 25 to Monday, December 2 at Noon, Eastern time. In order to ensure the FDA receives competitive quotes the following information is also being provided. The current annual insurance policy is held with Traveles of Phoenix, AR with a premium rate of $50.51 per inspector. There have been no claims in the past twelve months. The 550 inspectors are covered for ninety [90] day intervals regardless how many trips are taken during the year. The approximate number of trips taken by an inspector can range from one to four per year. The policy shall cover business and pleasure travel 100 miles from home or in a foreign country. The Food and Drug Administration will not accept any further questions after this posting.
