Description

The 482 FW Operational Contracting Office, Homestead Air Reserve Base (ARB), Dade County, Florida, is issuing a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, for inspection and maintenance of 45 Hydro-Cartridge Storm Drain Filters on a monthly basic at various storm drains located on Homestead ARB in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ), the solicitation number is FA6648-03-Q-0021. Contract period is 01 February 2003 through 30 September 2003, with four 1-year option periods. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8734. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541380, and the size is $5.0 Million Annually. A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded. No telephone requests for a solicitation package will be accepted. NOTE: PROPSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTORS REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACT.
