Description

NA U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range has a need for FISO Technologies equipment. The government intends to procure the equipment on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Government intends to award a contract to FISO Tech nologies, Inc. 2014 Jean-Talon North, Suite 125, Sainte.Foy Quebec, Canada GIN4N6. The following equipment will be procured 20 each Fiber optic HERO sensor FOT-HERO-ST-PO2-ST-002, 1 each VEL-CHA VELOCE chassis assy. Part No. VEL-100-01-01-ST, 6 each VEL-MO D VELOCE module, 1 each FSP-012 Portable computer, 1 each FSP-008 Acquisition Card DAQCard-A1-16E-4, 1 each FSP-009 Cable kit for acquisition card with adapter, 1 each FSP-010 BNC-2090 shield connector block rack mountable, 1 each SFT-FCS FISO COMMANDER - VELOCE Edition, control & communication software, 4 each FSP-011 Electronic BNC-BNC cable connector 2 meters in length, 1 each FSP-030 Installation, set-up, programming and support, 1 each FSP-024 Shielded RS232/Serial cable, 9 wires straight thru. DB9-F/D B9-M. 6FT, 1 each FSP-022 Cleaing Kit & maintenance, 1 each VEL-CAS Carrying case for VELOCE system, ATA-3000 compliant, 1 each FSP-013 Wall plug external power supply 1 each FSP-051 Extended warranty, one year extra for a total of 2 years. FISO Technolog is is sole source because this equipment will replace our current HERO data acquisition system. FISO has the patented technology information and they are the only company that can produce the temperature sensors required to acquire the needed HERO data.
