Description

NA Evaluation and Repair of Keyboards for the Patriot Missile System, NSN 1430-01-217-2378, P/N 13220107. This requirement is for a Service Contract for approximately 27 each keyboards, for a period of one year. The period of performance will begin 16 Dec 2 002, and may be adjusted dependent upon the closing of the solicitation. This action is to procure by other than full and open competition, evaluation, repair and recapitalization of keyboards for computer systems. Authority Cited: Statutory Authority Per mitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by paragraph 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation entitled, Only one responsibile source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement, Ref # Note 22. This action is sole source to Korry Electronics Company, 901 Dexter Ave. North, Seattle, WA 98109. Korry Electronics is the actual manufacturer, and the only known source with the expertise, knowledge, and technical data pack age (TDP) to diagnose and repair these items. Firms interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the source listed. The RFQ will be issued to Korry Electronics. All responsibile sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished.
