- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DACW17-03-T-0010 is issued as a request for quote. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This procurement is Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. NAICS Code is 421430; Small Business Size Standard is 100 employee s. The requirement is for a fixed price contract for one line item. Contract line item 0001, Quantity 75 Each; Item Description: PCI card security adapter with card reader, keyboard intercept cable, and drivers with the following characteristics: reader/ writer security adapter must possess a tamper resistant single PCI board solution with an external smart card reader that delivers FIPS 140-1 Level 3 Security and complies with standards of the GAO for creating valid contractual digital signatures; require d features include boot protection, discretionary access control, and DES-based data encryption; must contain a wedge between the keyboard and the PC to intercept keystrokes and allow verification of the PIN number without exposing the PIN to the PC; PC in terface required is PCI bus; Smartcard support is ISO 7816 1/2/3; supports MS Windows Operating Systems; one year warranty. Argus 300 PCI Electronic Signature Adapter is known to meet the requirement. Delivery of all items is required 30 days ARO to be d elivered FOB destination to US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District Warehouse, 3077 Tallyrand Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32206-3474.
