Description: The purpose of pre-solicitation notice is to inform potential contractors of an upcoming procurement to obtain a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract for interior and exterior painting services. These services will be provided for the Naval District Washington and other various activities within the local commuting area. This project will be a competitive 8(a) procurement obtained under source selection procedures. This project will be restricted to 8(a) firms within the local DC Metropolitan Area.
