- CONTRACT N68711-02-R-8043 AMENDMENT 0002 Amendment: This action published in Esol and FEDBIZOPPS on 23 October 2002, and modified on 14 November 2002, is again amended as follows: The evaluation factor for Professional qualifications is amended to read as follows: (1) Professional qualifications - Professional qualifications of the firm's staff: (a) military operational and environmental expertise, project management skills, and technical support with experience and knowledge in the preparation of Department of Defense (DOD) range complex operational/training and environmental planning documents including: military training and operational planning (e.g. Navy Inter-Deployment Training Cycle (IDTC) or Marine Operating Force Pre-Deployment Training Program (PTP) requirements... Subsequent to the Amendment 0001 with the questions and answers posted on 14 November 2002, additional questions have been asked. The following are the questions with answers: Question Thirty-One: Does Block 9 pages count in the 50 page total? Answer Thirty-One: This answer is addressed in Question Twelve of Amendment 0002 dated 14 November 2002. The acceptable paper size is 8 1/2 x 11. Question Thirty-Two: With regard to Block 10, column heading entitled YEAR, are you looking for staff member's total years of experience, or are you looking for the year they worked on the related project? Answer Thirty-Two: The YEAR heading requires the year the individual worked on the related project. Question Nine: Is Joint service operational use and integration of range and training plans a part of this procurement? Revised Answer Nine: The purpose is to assess current and future ops which could also include joint use. All other information remains unchanged.
