Description
It is anticipated to place a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with CPFF provisions (Term and Completion.). Required services include: ILS management and analysis; maintenance planning; procurement support, support equipment; technical documentation; training and training development; packaging, handling, storage and transportation; configuration management; computer resource management and field services for submarine launched missile programs. This solicitation includes an estimated level of effort of 296,000 MANHOURS (59,200 per year). Including Key Categories of labor: Analyst, Management III 20,000 Hrs (4,000 per year), Audio Visual Dir./Producer II 10,000 Hrs (2,000 per year), Engineer, Computer IV 5,000 Hrs (1,000 per year), Logistician III 30,000 Hrs (6,000 per year), Manager, Program/Project III 8,000 Hrs (1,600 Hrs per year), Computer Operator III 30,000 Hrs (6,000 per year), Computer Programmer IV 10,000 Hrs (2,000 per year) and Technician, Mechanical VI 30,000 Hrs (6,000 per year). The highest level of security classification for this contract is secret. Personnel need only possess a clearance at the level necessary to accomplish the task, but must be able to obtain a secret clearance if required. Award will be made on a best value basis utilizing the following evaluation factors: Technical Capability and Cost. Technical capability includes the following subfactors: (A) Past performance, (B) Personnel, (C) Technical/management approach, (D) Facilities. Subfactor A is slightly higher than B; B is slightly higher than C; and A, B and C are more than double subfactor D. This procurement is set aside for small business; the NAICS CODE is 541330 ($23M). Anticipated release date is 18 DEC 2002. This requirement is a follow-on to contract N66604-98-D-2891 which was awarded to Aquidneck Management Associates Inc. (315,300 Man-hours/$10,333,315.00) Code 1 applies. NAICS: 541330/$23M. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
