- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 9,913 rentable square feet yielding 8,620 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Tampa, Florida. Space must be located on 2nd floor or above and not on the top floor in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Tampa, Florida within the following delineated area: WEST: Hillsborough River, SOUTH: Garrison Channel, NORTH: I-275, EAST: CSX Railroads and Nebraska Avenue. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 30, 2003. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1) Eighteen (18) on-site, covered, secured parking spaces are required (indoor spaces are preferred); 2) Visitor parking shall meet local building codes; 3) Office space must be located on the second floor or higher, but not at ground level or top floor; 4) A 50?setback will be required. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
