- PR No: LTC02288002553: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a C-5 THERMAL INSULATION BLANKET. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN: 1560-00-103-0911; Part Number: 4P94504-103A, REV B; Base Year AEQ: 47 each, Option Year AEQ: 200 each. Delivery: FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 147 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 25 November 2002. The anticipated award date is 11 April 2003. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
