Description

Provide all materials and labor required to accomplish the following work. 3.2.1 Ammo Dumbwaiter 1. Drain and fill gear case 2. Straighten & re-align door lock retiring cam assembly 3. Reattach and align bottom roller guides 4. Install and adjust new hoist ropes. Install and date a new cable tag. 5. Resecure the hoistway limit switches 3.2.2 Engineering Freight Elevator Repair and Service Engineering Freight Elevator to inspection standards and code with special attention in either repair or service of: 1. Respool cable on machine drum 2. Install one set of four each rolller guides. Adjusted for proper clearances. 3. Remove, repair (all machine work and bearings), and reinstall care top sheave assembly. 4. Perform a slow speed test of governor to verify correct operation. Contractor will advise if any repair work on Governor is necessary and cost of repair. 3.2.3 Stores Freight Elevator Repair and Service Stores Freight Elevator to inspection standards and code with special attention in either repair or service of: 1. Remove, repair (all machine work and bearings), and reinstall care top sheave. 2. Replace hall door lock pull boxes on all floors. 3. Replace all hall door lock release rollers. 4. Perform a slow speed test of governor to verify correct operation. Contractor will advise if any repair work on Governor is necessary and cost of repair. 3.2.4 Galley Elevator Repair and Service Galley Elevator to inspection standards and code with special attention in either repair or service of: PAGE 3 of 13 1. Install one new set of Four Each guide rollers, Adjust for proper clearances. 2. Remove, repair (all machine work and bearings), and reinstall care top sheave assembly. 3. Perform a slow speed test of governor to verify correct operation. Contractor will advise if any repair work on Governor is necessary and cost of repair. 4. Resure the hoistway limit switches and test for proper operation.
