Description: Amendment to change the requierment was issued. Non personal services, Contractor shall provide all neccessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials as described in the statement of work, and any other items or services necessary for rental of refrigerated and dry containers. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
