- NA This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items/ services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is W91JZT-2316-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fe deral Acquisition Circular 01-09 (August 30, 2002). This acquisition will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12- Commercial Items and in conjunction with FAR 13-Simpl ified Acquisition Procedures, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5, which may be located by visiting the world-wide web at http://www.arnet.gov/. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2299 and the small business concern is 500. Solicited Items are as follows: Item No. 0001 ? Isolation/ Suicide Cell Blanket, 54? x 80? ? Quantity = 816 each. Item No. 0002 ? Shipping & Handling/ Freight to FOB Destination Norfolk, VA.
