Description: When viewing solicitation files on FedBizOpps with Microsoft Word or after downloading files and the print is red with red lines (strike out) through the lines of text, change the Microsoft Word setting in your computer as follows: While using Microsoft Word, click - Tools - on the toolbar, click - Track Changes - on sub-menu, then click appropriate botton in next menu to - Accept All -changes. This should remove the red print and lines. All other conditions and terms of the solicitation remain unchanged.
