This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Presently the government anticipates making a sole source award, however any sources that can meet this requirement feel free to respond with a quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 515111 (formerly SIC code 4832) at $6 million size standard.
