Description

GED Instructors/Teachers to instruct inmates for 12 hours per week. 624 instructional hours per year. January 1, 2003 to September 30, 2003, plus four option years. The contractors will instruct all assigned classes in the Education Department at the United States Penitentiary, Lee County, Virginia. The contractors will conduct two GED classes Monday through Thursday. The first class session will be 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The second class session will be 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The contractor must have graduated from a four year college or university with a major in Education or have a four year degree with a State Teaching Certificate.
