Description
NA The Wyoming Army National Guard is seeking quotations for turnkey installation of a 30kVA / 24kW online uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to feed, in parallel, two branch circuit panelboards within the Data Processing Center. The power supply must be abl e to support the entire computer room electronics equipment load for a period of one hour. After speaking with a power consultant, the following tasks are required: deliver and install a 30kVA / 24kW UPS System for dual input of 208V 3ph 4 w + ground. Th e UPS shall be equipped with Internal Maintenance bypass, input power factor correction, input distortion management, Digital Power Quality Management System, casters and leveling feet, battery cabinet with Internal DC disconnect with support time of 60 mi nutes at full load, intelligent Battery Performance Management System, two 100AT Output Distribution Circuit Breakers in matching distribution cabinet, Installation and User?s Guide, with internal battery charger and one year warranty to include parts, lab or, travel expenses, next business day or sooner, 30 minute callback time, factory technical access, and one full UPS and battery preventive maintenance. Software and/or hardware must be provided to call out if service provider power is interrupted. Prov ide UPS start up and testing by manufacturer. Measure all circuit loads, and design an even distribution between panels and circuits while maintaining redundant equipment power circuits. The survey and design shall be performed by a power quality enginee r who has expert knowledge of the proposed UPS system. All work shall comply with IEEE 1100-1999 Standard for Powering and Grounding Electronic Equipment. Furnish and install two 20-inch wide, surface-mount, non-linear, 208 Y/120 VAC, 3-phase, 4-wire, 42 -pole, MLO, copper-interior panelboards with circuit breakers as needed to provide branch circuit distribution. 20-inch wide gutters shall be installed between bottom of panelboards and top of computer floor. Install government-owned Transient Voltage Su rge Suppressors (TVSS). Inspect and route existing circuits to the new distribution panels, balancing the loads, removing or replacing circuits in poor condition, and replacing fixed conduit with liquid tight conduit where necessary. New underfloor boxes and covers shall be weatherproof. Route new circuits, where necessary, to balance the equipment loads currently provided power via existing UPS?es. Demolish two existing panelboards, conduit and wiring in the area designated for the new UPS. Coordinate work with data center personnel to minimize power disruptions. Careful planning will be required to insure that the new branch circuit panelboards are installed, pre-wiring performed and UPS staging completed prior to demolition of existing panelboards. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS for this 335999 and small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued starting on 5 December 2002.
